Hanoi Railways Station – Waiting Room – Vic Sapa Train

VIC SAPA TRAIN WAITING ROOM AT HANOI RAILWAYS STATION

Hanoi Railway Station is located at 120 Le Duan Street, Hanoi (in Vietnamese: Ga Hà Nội – 120 Lê Duẩn, Cửa Nam, Đống Đa, Hà Nội, Việt Nam)

Our Waiting Room is on the right of the Hanoi railways station. It is a VIP room with the sign Vic Sapa Train. You will use the train voucher that we sent through your email when we confirm your booking to exchange for the actual train tickets at our waiting room.

Then the check-in gate to enter the railways station is Gate 2B on the 2nd floor of Hanoi railways station.

Please note: Our waiting room and the Check-in gate are only open about 1 hour before the departure time.

In Lao Cai Train Station, we do not have waiting room. We only have a ticket counter which is located on the left of the Lao Cai train station.
