Took us a little while to decide which service to use to get us into Sa Pa and am very glad we went with Vic Sapa Train.
From the begining, contacting them was super easy, they were very quick and detailed in their response. Once we’ve booked, they’ve sent us the key necessary information for us to be able to plan the rest of our trip. Closer to the trip they sent us all required info regarding the cabin and platforms, gates etc.
They’ve also kept replying to our queries throughout the day and before the departure. Amazing customer service.
The train itself was just as described and in the pictures, very cute, cozy, warm and comfortable. There was also some snacks and drinks awaiting us and plenty of space in the 2 person’s cabin.
It was everything we hoped it would be.
Definitely recommend if you’re looking to get to Sa Pa.
Looking forward to our return journey to Hanoi.
