I booked the trip from the vic website. The service from VIC sapa train is awesome by Mrs. Nguyen. She always contact me via email to see how i was and what i need and she can arrange it for me. Thank you so much for your service!! I really had a good time on the train and Sa Pa. By the way, the price is more expensive than the others but i was satisfied with the service i got so overall is really fine.
