Overall a great experience! Booked tickets on their website and it was fuss free, Mrs Nguyen was super helpful and prompt with her replies.

Train was clean, well equipped with snacks and was not as noisy as i expected (less noisy than taking the bus in my opinion)

Highly recommended to try taking the sleeper train at least once!
